An order is not accepted until TravelPod confirms its acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as TravelPod may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.

If your order is not accepted, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

TravelPod’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TravelPod or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without TravelPod’s prior written consent. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor and over which we have no control or input.

TravelPod is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are conducted directly with TravelPod. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TravelPod, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TravelPod.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy,, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

(ii) not conceal or obscure the fact that access, use, or interaction originates from an Agent, including by:
(a) imitating human behavior or interaction patterns; or
(b) completing or bypassing CAPTCHAs or similar measures intended to distinguish humans from computers;

(iii) respond truthfully to any inquiry or prompt intended to determine whether interactions originate from a human or a computer;

(iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelPod, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

(1) your breach of these Terms;
(2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or
(3) your access to or use of the Services.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

You and TravelPod consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts.
