Returns & Refunds

We want you to our products! If something goes wrong, no worries — here’s how it works:

1. Product Returns

  • You can return products within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products not purchased directly from us.

3. How to Make a Return

  • Email us at travelpod.contact@gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will send you instructions on how to return the product.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and inform you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
